I was looking through a random guy's twitter that I used to know in high school but never really talked to cause I was bored, and then I accidently favored his tweet. I hurried and unfavorited it. Then I deactivtied my twitter and deleted it. (I have been wanting to delete my twitter anyway so it wasn't like I totally overreacted). Will he still get an email with my name that I favorited his tweet? I'm freaking out I don't want him to think I'm some creep looking at his twiiter.

He won't get an email, he'll just get a notification but the notification disappears if you unfavorite

Yes he will. It gets emailed to his account both when you favored and unfavored it.
