I'm using twitter on my samsung galaxy note 2 (7100) I need to remove privacy because everyone need to send me a request to follow me... I dont want this thing... I want to be social... so please send me step by step

You need to go to Settings where you will find Tweet Privacy. Then you have to uncheck it.
