Please I really need help I really want an affordable phone that can work with instagram and I was wondering does it work well in the htc desire c

i guess the phone u mentioned can run instagram but don't try to download it at Google Play store or else it'll tell u that ur phone isn't compatible(actually compatible since the developer hasn't update compatible phone list). just search in web instead like Google search "download instagram for Android" then download and install the app.
seeing ur phone's specs, with that adreno 200 GPU, i believe ur phone can run instagram flawlessly as mine which also has the same GPU(adreno 200) and CPU clock runs the app flawlessly. i didn't download it at Google play due to the above reason I've mentioned.
