Go to google.com. Click on images, click image search, and upload the image. Hope it helps.

Wait what? She gave you a link to a pic of her on Facebook... and you're asking how you can find here... Um click on the link and go to her full profile. Though knowing Omegle it's probably not her.

Click on the FB link, This will take you to her page and allow you to send a friend request. Once she approves the request, send her a message asking about her Omegle account.
If she doesn't approve the request, take that as an indication of her lack of interest.
