I read a lot about instagram and vine, But they are so slow on my galaxy tab with 2G Sim. Instagram- slowly loads first photo, wait wait wait for 2nd photo. Vine- I'm able to view image, but video never plays. How did you enjoy them?

A 2G sim usually has a slow internet connection therefore making vine and instagram slow.
