When i go to someone picture on someones twitter page i place my mouse over the picture and i right click and click "Save As" and i get something saved as an ".htm" not .jpg or .png i would like to know how to download Twitter Photos again.
I would like to save photos on PC using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome.

-Yes, This seems to be a new security setting in iOS6, that affects which apps can write to your Camera Roll. These simple instructions should help you out.
Go to the Settings app on your phone
Click on "Privacy"
Choose the option for "Photos"
Find Twitter and turn it "On"
