My goal on vine is to make it to 1000 followers and I have 555 followers. I tried I follow back but some of the ifollow back accounts have more followers then following so I know I can't trust them. On Instagram I have 30 followers
I really don't know how to get Instagram followers. I don't want to follow a bunch of random people. Please help. Thanks!

Maybe ask people you know to follow you
Try advertising yourself on big account vines. Like comment I post the craziest vines!! Or Follow for follow anyone?
For instagram
Ask friends or family to shout you out. Find good shoutout pages. Find friends to follow you
Go to Kendall and Kylie Jenners instagram. Go to their comments each and notice how the people comment the same things. Try commenting some if the things they're saying to help. I'll follow to maybe help @alexajanellee
