You can never tell for sure, but I'm pretty sure any celeberty now a days has gone into their privecy info and put their account as "privet" so nobody can add them, or find them with out a specific link or email of them.
But anybody who has their add button open, or you 'found' them, pretty sure its not them.

This is just nonsense topic & question. Fake accounts and humans are found in facebook. Even facebook admin's can't know this.

I believe this is the real one:http://www.facebook.com/TaylorSwift#!/TaylorSwift?v=wall, but it seems to be updated by a rep. instead of her. Her Official twitter is @taylorswift13, she seems to update that herself.

There is no real "profile" for her, but she has a profile for her music where she write things like "Snowflakes are flurrying down outside and it's my last day of being 20!" and "Why, at my family gatherings, do we always have to end up youtubing funny cat videos.." (lol).
