You do not NEED a Facebook account. If you want one and you are allowed to then go to the website and make one. If you are not allowed to per your parents request, then don't do it.

Go to Facebook and fill up the form on the right-hand side with the empty white boxes. It will ask you for the following:
First Name:
Last Name:
Your Email:
Re-enter Email:
New Password:
I am:
Birthday:
when you are done, click on the green button labeled 'Sign Up' under the boxes you just filled up.

Open facebook.com
Sign up there for your facebook account.

Just click "Sign Up" then Fill up the form. They will send verification email. Go to yahoo and log in. Click the facebook email then DONE!.
