I often find myself wishing that I could get away from everything.
I wish I could move to a little cabin out in the middle of no where. No one would come knocking at my door because they would be lucky if they could find it!
All the noise that I would hear would be the twittering of the birds in the forest.
My children would spend their days running through the woods, making tree forts, and mud pies. I would throw the T.V., computer, and telephone out the window.
I would spend my time knitting blankets in front of a fire and baking up a storm in the kitchen.
I have this dream often. Anyone else?

I like your fantasy, it sounds like mine...we all wish to be there, sister. But unfortunately we have daily sucky lives to live. (:

Absolutely I have this dream. MIne would be at a bed and breakfast tucked away in the woods or mountains with my hubby. No telephones no interruptions. Just good books Good music and great company. Im all for the baking and knitting and nixing the TVs telephones and computer.. More power to ya..

I have that sort of dream every day. Except, I dream I would just lie out in the meadows, the warm sun dancing on your skin, whilst accompanied by the kiss of the breeze. Having nothing but a notebook in your hands, that would be the only moment when time would finally stand still. It's a dream I often try to fulfill every day, just to escape the midst of normalcy's chaos. It's nice to see someone also wishes for something similar.

yes! except i dream of living on in a beach-house on a nice quiet warm sunny beach where i can just draw and write and get a tan.
