They usually give you a link if you want to dispute a ruling of theirs. Contact them and ask them on what grounds they believe your account is fake, and then provide suitable evidence. Or start a new account and see what happens!
A man called Mark Zuckerberg (but not the Facebook founder one) had his account disabled, and fought them on the issue that it was his birth name so he refused to create an account not in that name, and they relented.
