He gave a great Blogworld keynote a year ago and that book (soon to come out in paperback) sells regularly to conference attendees. It is called "Social Media for Conferences and Events" or "The 7 Spells of the new conference people 2.0." It is very clear with lots of practical guidelines. I found it on Amazon.
