how. cuz i wanna have the stuff in that notifications bar but i don't wanna get 10000000 emails a day.

That's easy.
To do that:
1. Go to "Setting" (on the top right of your home page)
2. On the Drop down menu, select "Account Settings"
3. On the left panel, click on "Notifications"
4. On the right panel, click on each edit and uncheck all the check boxes then "Save Changes"
Or simply log in to your account, then copy this link and paste it on your address bar: http://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=notifications and then do the step 4.
Now you won't receive notification emails from facebook anymore. If you change your mind, you can always go there again and enable which notification emails you want to receive from facebook.
