Just started a blogger (blogspot) and it is really hard for it to start off and get its first few followers! i would love to know how to do this effectively and hopefully become a successful blogger!
My blog is about my own personal topics but also is going to have fashion aspects!

Firstly, congratulations for your blog Tasha. I read your query and as you have mentioned that your blog is related to your personal topics, so I think it can be anything . So you are having a good opportunity to promote your blog anywhere. Follow these tips to get more viewers and followers on your blog:-
-> The first main tip for you is that , keep your blog updated with fresh and unique content with attractive and interesting topics by using proper keywords related to the topic. and give proper title using targeted keywords to your blog.
-> Make proper Categories in your blog and plan content according to that.
-> As social media is getting more engaged , your main focus should be on Social media. Promote your blog on Facebook Twitter, google plus and a very good and professional website Linkedin.
-> You can promote your blog through images . Share your blog images on various photosharing sites.
I think if you promote your blog in this way, your followers and viewers will definitely increase.

You have to forum posting, bookmarking and back-link to high pr site about your site contain. Thus you will able to get more follower and visitor to your site.
