Friends acceptance on Facebook? - Orange County Ca - 02-19-2014 12:40 PM
I got a email telling me I had a Friends request to be added. I never follow email links I'm not expecting so I went directly to the site and the Friends page. No request was there to be confirmed. Then I followed the email link. Same thing.I know it a valid request.
How to I confirm the Friends request on Facebook? Keep it simple and direct - don't assume I know anything.

Chances are, if you received an email, and the friends request was no longer there, then they most likely canceled the friend request.
If it was a legitimate email, the email should contain the person who was trying to add you in the subject line. . .for example. .. WESLEY WANTS TO BE YOUR FRIEND ON FACEBOOK.

ok...when u sign in and u get to your profile page.u will see something on your right side of the page. on the top. u should see X friend requests(s). click it. u should be able to confirm request. Hope this helps

they took back the friend request or blocked you its the only way it wouldnt have come up on home page
