Trademark slogan????????
How do I let people know that the slogan I'm using is trademarked in FACEBOOK and TWITTER.Im using my slogan on my discription of my profiles.These profiles are for buisness.Example in slogan "like a Rock" what would I have to put to show people I trademark or copyright " like a rock".Im just putting © or copyright.(like a rock ©

© (circle-c) is "copyright" and does not protect names or titles; copyright only protects a creative work of authorship, but from the moment they are created. The works are copyrighted, not the names.

'tm' indicates a non-registered trademark. ® circle-R indicates a federally registered trademark. A 'tm' symbol could also be applied to a brand that is registered in one or more US states. Like circle-c, circle-R and 'tm' are completely optional, but do serve as some evidence of notice that you claim proprietary rights.

Unless you're actually using the "LIKE A ROCK" as a brand, on goods or services in commerce, then it wouldn't qualify as a trademark or service mark.
