Hello All,
My social network site is going to start in a couple of months, its going to be like facebook (i invested 100k into it) anyway since it almost done, what would you recommend to do to make a profit out of it. Also how would i market the website successfully. Also what kind of employees do i need and where can i hire them.

Social media marketing is the best way to market your site. You should recruit some social media marketer. They could be your virtual team. Give them seperate objective based on your targeted Demographic and Geographic user.

Initially promote this site through some already popular social networking site such as twitter and facebook and ask your friends to join it and also ask them to make iit popular among their friends as well and so on..this way it will start from a small audience and once it will become popular then it can cover large audience as well.
