in an try i was repporting to facebook where i was unable to fill a box named PAGE LINK PLS ALSO TELL ABOUT THIS
ISTILL HAVE NOTIFICATION DETAILS BUT FRIENDS ARE NOT THERE.

Click on the arrow beside the home on the top right of your facebook HOME page, and choose the option from there, as to 'use facebook as'

Now facebook provides an option to convert your personal profile into a page, but not vice versa.
So you cant convert your facebook fan page into a personal page anyway as Facebook does not provide any such migration option.
