Someone added me as a friend and I accepted their friendship but i didn't realise i might want to restrict their access to my page so they can only see my limited profile. Is there any way to change it back or do I just have to delete them as a friend??

Go here and set your privacy settings. You can set which friends can see what ever you want.

highlight settings at the top of the facebook page
click on privacy settings
click on profile
find the box next to this: See how a friend sees your profile
then start typing that person's name
once the name of the person comes up, click on it and it will take you to your profile page as they see it.
