I was friends with somebody yesterday, clicked their profile and "content not found" popped up. What does this mean?

Sounds like they blocked you.

It means that this friend has blocked you , or deactivated his/her account .I believe you have been blocked .

thy either blocked you, they deactivated their account, or more likely facebook suspended their account for breaking the rules, like creating more than one account

Either they deactivated or deleted their account, got suspended by facebook or else they blocked you.

maybe they deleted it, or they blocked you, or the post has it privacy set to not show to you.
