The best choice is Android Jelly Bean because it has all the applications you need and the OS is more user friendly

its only about usage which kind of usage you have if you are professional go for window and if you have gaming mania go for android phone

Idk, depends what you're looking for.. I love my windows 8 because it syncs with my tablet, and it's just an awesome phone. But the only bad thing is the aps, instead of instagram they have some generic form, and same with snap chat... hard to use if no one else I know does

I'd say to go with windows because first of all its a great os not because i use it but because its easy to use and it has live tiles so you'll be updated from every social networking site.As far as other things go you'll be buying a nokia lumia device for windows 8 and nokia lets you download 10 lakh songs for free from nokia music and you can also create your own radio there at mix radio.The camera that nokia offers are the best cameras ever. Nokia tells you what you can do with a low megapixel camera cause the lens the put in those camera lets you take full hd photos and videos even with low light.Now as far as android goes its a great os too but the problem is that you have too many options for it in the market. Trust me I bought galaxy s3 last year and just after a month samsung launches galaxy grand with almost hate same features and then there's micromax and lava which gives you better option for lesser price and there are way too many androids these days like everybody have an android and in this android world having an windows device is much better as it makes you stand out of the crowd.rest is your choice

Android is the most open and versatile phone to get, especially if you want to download torrent files and watch videos.... Nokia is pretty much the only real phone available for Windows 8. I
