Every time I try to follow my friend on instagram, it will say I follow them for a few seconds then it unfollows. It's only happening that one person I am trying to follow. I tried cutting my phone off, cutting instagram off and using webstagram but NOTHING is working... Please help!

I have the same problem. She/he may have blocked you.

Instagram is a pretty buggy app. Just ask your friend to add you and see if you still have the same problem.
