how can i go back to my old facebook format before this stupid timeline, i dont like it, and it switched on its own, ive seen people that still have the older format how do i go back?

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update

Unfortunately I doubt you can unless you delete your current Facebook account and create a new one.

I don't think you can. I was just about to get it but then it said, "after switching to timeline there Is no was to get it back to the original format." the reason you see people that still have the older format is because they didn't switch to timeline

unfortunately, (as far as I know) You cant. I believe there switching EVERYONE over to timeline on the 7th. I know it sucks, but its got a lot of really good qualities too! Facebook is a awesome website regardless of there constant annoying changes, but They are a free site. so we cant really complain.

You can't go back. The people who still have it are the ones who didn't change it to timeline. But don't worry, everyone is going to be force changed on March 30th anyway.

When they first started with Timeline, there was a way to revert, which I did after 1 day because it only lost features instead of adding them, really dumb.
But we all knew then that it was inevitable.
Last week I was again given the stupid Timeline, although a bit better than the first time, still dumb because it takes away instead of adds on.
I looked for the hidden revert option & it wasn't there this time.
No way to avoid it, any NEW profile will start with Timeline, but they're slowly converting people in smaller groups to ease their servers &, most possibly, to not overload their complaint box.
You have to remember, a big part of why Facebook is always changing isn't about format or use, but about not giving hackers enough time to figure out how to break in

DON'T LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT SAY THAT YOU CAN'T REMOVE IT.
If you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, you CAN.
Check out this website - http://www.techtipsandtricks.tk - and click on the "remove timeline view from facebook" link, make sure that the browser name in the link corresponds with the browser you use the most.
