Why do people get upset if their employers demand access to their Facebook/Twitter accounts?
If you have nothing to hide, and nothing offensive has ever been posted, why should you care if you have to hand over your password to your employer so that he can monitor your account? This is America. We have the right to employ only normal, reputable people. People who write abnormal stuff on Facebook can't force me to keep them as employees.

They don't need it. Outside life shouldn't interfere with your job.... and your job shouldn't interfere with your outside life.

Why do employers get mad when you ask them for their Balance Sheets?

Most people do have something to hide. Why does one have to share that with people they dont want to?

Do you think we actually have any freedom left in this country?
Why not let the employer come and conduct a search of your house? |

You tell 'em, Adolf.
If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. |

online social media is where the vast majority of people go to "let our hair down" and forget about certain rules, so we'll frequently admit to motives and attitudes that we would deny violently otherwise
