I would like to find my birth mother?
I have a copy of my birth certificate with all of mine and my birth mothers information. I've been with my adoptive parents since I was two and im sixteen now. Talking about the situation has always been hard for them. It's a real touchy subject, and I'd like to to find her myself online or a search engine. It would mean the world to hear my mothers voice. Thank you.

Go home and talk to the woman who raised you, she's your mother.

I would start with something as simple as a Facebook search. Hopefully she has a unique name which will aide you in contacting her. You can also go to whitepages.com and do a search by name and last known location.
Having said that, proceed with caution. If you were removed from her care when you were two, there was a solid reason that was done. Hopefully whatever problems she had at the time she has resolved, but, if not, you need to be prepared for her to be emotionally unstable. It would be neat if you could connect with some of your biological siblings. That has been the most rewarding thing for me after making contact with my biological mother. Wishing you well. |

What if she doesn't want to be found? Doesn't she have the right to privacy?
