How do I find out about someone in the army?
How do I find out when the last batch of soldiers were deployed to Afghanistan?
And How do I know if someone is in Afghanistan? I have doubts that my brother is in Afghanistan and I am wondering if there is anyway I can find out. Of course asking him would be simple, but the think is, he gives us reasons to doubt his whereabouts. Is there anyway I can go about this? Ads |

Ask for his address and mail him something.

If he is out there he will have a BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) address where you can send trhings to.
Alternatively there should also be a liason officer you can contact with his regiment if you need to contact him urgently. |

you now his unit? check the MoD website they give you details of which units are deployed currently,
If he is in a Corps instead of Regiment then whats his attached unit, which battle-group does he say he is with? if you are truly unsure I have friends who can get the information, but its not a Facebook kind of thing, this is the real world they are in. If your brother wants you to worry about him, which is the only reason to fake a deployment, then maybe ho needs help |
