Is it illegal to impersonate a child on Facebook?
So, this girl I know created a Facebook for her little 4 year old sister who couldn't read and she admitted it too. I am getting sick of it because she talks trash about my friends on it.

Facebook doesn't allow children to have accounts. Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities says that you need to be 13 years old to have an account on Facebook.
