I cant scroll down to older posts or see who is online and cant get notifications or messages?

My facebook since last night has not shown me who is online and i can only see posts that are current when I scroll down it just shows a blinking scroll like its trying to post but wont has been happening since lastnight and I cant see my messages or notifications when I click on it nothing happens.

I think your connection is slow.
Or There may be some change in the account settings.
