if a father move out of state can he lower the child support?
I move away to help my grandfather out, Right now I live in Memphis TN use to live in Seattle WA. Can i go to the DSHS office in Memphis TN to change my child support since im a resident here?

Child support is handled in the state the child resides in at the time the order is established. You moving makes no difference if you're the non custodial parent. If you're the custodial parent and you moved, you may get a change of venue if the non custodialparent also does not live in the state the order is held. But the amount will not usually change unless there is a change of finances.
