Why has Twitter suspended my account?
Twitter has suspended my account for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! I've read the Twitter rules,Best practices, & Terms & Services & found nothing. I have emailed them TWICE asking them to give me some information about what I may have done & they have not answered my question. I've checked to make sure that I wasn't spamming, doing any aggressive following, etc. I need some advice.

If they aren't answering then youv'e been shot in the foot. They don't have to let you in. Maybe a friend caused this. Who knows.Good Luck.

There could be several reasons.
1. Someone hacked your account. Talk to a friend, to check your profile and tweets if possible. If your account was hacked, then this is the reason. It's then best to get a new account, likely using another e-mail. Make sure it is a strong password (8 characters, with capitals, smallcaps and 1-2 digits). 2. Your tweets might have been flagged by others (whether true or not) as inappropriate. not sure how long Twitter takes (if at all) to check that. Again, a friend might be able to check. A new account is perhaps best, at least it should be quick. I hope this helps. |
