I know myself I will take advantage and do a bit of homework. Personally I don't think Yahoo should break every evening for it is more of a help center. Many of us like to help answer some questions from other people's problems. If the service isn't there, many people cannot do so. On the brighter side it's much better to be addicted to a site that helps you compared to Facebook or Twitter
