How do blind people use things like Twitter and Facebook?
After the sad news about David Rathband and the comments he supposedly posted on Twitter I was curious as to how blind people use things like this?

I'm pretty sure they have a computer which reads to them ...like a robot voice or something.

Yes,you have to have pretty good eyesight to see a computer monitor. Most "blind" people arent really blind at all there is something. So perhaps he was like this? or perhaps there is some kind of Braile,but I dont think he has had long enough to learn anything? or perhaps there is something you can speak into?

They can't see Twitter or Facebook as you said 'They are blind'.

There are numerous aides for those with impaired vision and they probably have Braille keyboards

I have no hands so I can't type anything, I use voice activated software or sometimes a stick attached to my head, there are ways around it you know..
