Can you answer this question about Twitter?
Twitter's Terms of use says that posting lots of URL's in your messages will get your flagged and /or deleted. Yet, more and more people, businesses, etc. are setting up accounts which is free pr for them. I emailed Twitter to clarify this and got the usual automated response which did nothing.

I totally don't understand twitter at all. Why do I need to know everything everybody is doing every second.

They're trying to decipher between spammers and legitimate businesses. Unfortunately, some of those businesses get suspended because they start plugging their websites incessantly.
