Well, it means they are the kind of person who wants attention from everyone else, so they can post a vague "i'm sad" on twitter or facebook, but they don't want to talk about it in depth because it means communicating. Not something they want to invest their feelings/time in. If someone won't communicate with you it's really not worth it. ((hug))
