Fantasy stock market games are very tough to have a true strategy for if the time period of the game is short. It is extremely hard to know what stocks will do well over a few short weeks. If you are looking for stocks that could do well over a few months, then I'd suggest looking toward aerospace plays such as LMT and BA, or possibly even some healthcare such as UNH or HOLX. Make sure you do your own research, none of this is guaranteed at all. Good luck!

Well , the best are kinda high right now but since it is FSX , you can't actually loose !
Go for the techs , AAPL GOOG RIMM And the energy BPT ERF PGH PWE HTE And you need to figure out how to factor in those high dividends from the energy stocks . Good Luck ! > |

since I trade to make money, my answer would have to be the ones I've already bought.
however, since publishing those choices might [seems like a long shot to me and maybe the SEC thinks different] be a conflict of interest or even part of a 'pump and dump' scheme, I won't say. Since you're playing a game, why don't you make up a theory that seems at least mildly relevant to the real world and choose stocks to fit that theory? You'll at least start to get an idea of whether your ideas and the general markets' ideas are similar or different. GL |

I like Disney and AT&T both have good management. But thats just my opinion... It's not easy to pick a good stock to own for the long term, but pick solid companies... Good Luck.

There is a big difference between trading for fun and real money. When you have your own money at risk you aren't concerned with just making a profit. There should be a tendancy to avoid big losses. In fantasy trading that type of stock picking won't get you very far. If you want to win, you have to gamble on the long shots.
Some possibilities are: FOSL, MOV, TNH, ACH, INRB. Trading with real money I'm not likely to invest in any of these, but they potentially have big gains ahead. |
