No, because a person can always avoid it if they want to.
By never giving any personal information to anyone out there. Just because a site or a cashier asks you for info - does not mean you have to give it. Many people do not use facebook at all or other social networking sites. Privacy is not that hard to keep. Ads |

How is it an invasion of privacy? You don't have to view any viral video or click on any link unless you CHOOSE to. At that point, you've invited the video in to your computer. They're not "invading" anything.
