How to exit apps on iPhone 5?
i just upgraded from an android phone to the iPhone 5. On my android if i was running an app an just pressed home it wouldnt actually exit out of the app just take me home, & id have to click on this widget called live applications & exit the apps i was on. is it the same with iphone 5? i dont want to use all my data because im not properly exiting out of the web, or apps like IG/Facebook & Twitter. If it is the same how do i properly exit out of the apps? do i have to download an app/widget like the one i had on my android?

I assume when you mean exit an app, you don't mean deleting the app from the phone like someone else mentioned.
In this case, simply leave the app first by pressing the home button. Then press the home button twice quickly to bring up the multitask bar. If you just left the app, it should be first on the list. Tap an hold the app icon till they start to wiggle. Then tap on the "X" to close the app completely so it doesn't use any of your ram anymore. |
