Looking for a good External Laptop Battery?
I need a long lasting external laptop battery, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Currently I am homeless and living in my car so after work if I need to use my computer it only lasts about an hour, and I'd like at least 4-5 hours out of it before the battery dies. I have a car charger but I'd rather not have to run my car to charge my laptop.
I have a Dell XPS L502X @Fred ...No... There are batteries I've seen with good reviews that can last up to 8 hours. I just cant seem to find one that would be compatible with my laptop... I am assuming you are dumb or a troll. Ads |

A device big enough to run this for that long would be massive, and it would take many hours to recharge after you run it down. It would be big enough that any company would start asking questions about what you are plugging into their power supply to steal their electricity.

I think you go to dell website and buy a battery from there. If you want a long battery timing you have to buy 6 points battery. Commonly people buy 3 points battery which provide less time but 6 points battery provide 3 to 4 hours i think there are also other batteries which have 9 points but i am not confirm go to market and ask to the shopkeeper.
