Obviously, not as many people are watching The Ultimate Fighter and UFC Fights when they come on various Cable Networks as you claim. It would also appear that may be more people are stealing UFC Pay Per Views without paying for them than people who are stealing WWE Pay Per Views without Paying for them. Let's hope UFC, WWE, Cable Systems and Satellite Systems can track these people and put liens on their bank accounts.

UFC appeals to a older audience than WWE. WWE can't compete with UFC until they are both targeting the same audience.

True fight fans will take UFC over WWE every time because it's a different sport, with real fighting and no childish bullshit that goes on with WWE.

WWE has taken a nosedive for the worst. The product has sold itself out to social media and sponsors of which forces the WWE to stay child friendly (it's barely family friendly). If WWE ever expects to beat UFC in ratings again, then it would have to go back to its former self (1996-2007) that appealed to the older audience, or it would have to replace all of it's writers for better ones.
