Is it illegal for someone to post pictures of my kids on facebook without my permission?
Someone I don't want in my children's lives has recently posted several pictures of them on their facebook, which is NOT private. I did not give permission for them to post these pictures publicly on the internet. Is there anything I can do about this?

Nope...nothing you can do. Remember its Everyones Internet.
Facebook will only remove photos, such as pornographic or copyrighted images, that violate the Facebook Terms. |

Nope you can't. Sounds like YOU have a grudge against this person, hence why you don't want your childrens pictures posted by this person but in truth they aren't doing anything wrong. IF they were stolen and posted by a potential paedophile then yes you can report.

Sorry, but it's tough really. You can report the images, but there's zero guarantee Facebook will take them down. You've to wonder how said person got hold of pictures of your kids in the first place if you don't want him/her round them. My only other advice is you need to be more careful next time.
