Why are there so many ads now?
I'm using Google Chrome and for about a week now, every site I'm on is just bombarded with ads. Even my own facebook page has ads. There are ads that play sound and I cannot turn them off. How do I get rid of them? Are they just in Chrome? Should I use another browser?

this has nothing to do with the browser, its the websites, they are trying to make money by literally spamming the pages with tons of ads. if you want to get rid of these ads, use adblocker: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...idom?hl=en
btw, close the tab if they show the little paying page for it, they allow you to use it free. Ads |

Some people like ads, others don't. Ads are introductions to news things that people need or want.

Users have to pay for the internet in some way. It can't always be free

Check whether any toolbar is activated in your browser.
