if you need legal advice, talk to a lawyer - any lawyer will give you 30 minutes of free advice if you make an appointment with them it all depends on what "with regards to my child" means - is it a mutual child? or your child and not the person who has the restraining order on you (you arent being specific enough with your questions, you are trying to find a loophole so that you dont get in trouble) yahoo answers is NOT a good place to be asking about legal advice talk to a real lawyer if you want real answers about legal matters |
