Why is Twitter not removing pornography?
I flagged some images on Twitter 3 days ago, of an erect penis, which to me is pornography, which goes against their policies.
The reason I'm particularly bothered about this is - this person is using an identical username to one I use over on Facebook. I was intending to use the same username on both sites then stumbled on this account. I don't want anyone to associate me with this guy. How long does it take Twitter to get around to removing such content?, would I have to wait a while yet?, or is ignoring pornography something they do often? Ads |

They require a certain number of people to flag something before it is removed

Twitter does not allow pornography but they also do not regulate the content on twitter.
There message: We do not regulate content on external (non-Twitter) websites, nor do we regulate Tweets that link to content on external websites, including pornography. |
