Question about custom privacy on facebook?
I want to change my status to intrested in men. However, is there a way I can make everyone see it except for my family? How would I do this? If I am able to block my family from seeing this status, would they know I blocked them?
These are the things that show up on the privacy options: public, friends, only me, family, aquatances, close friends. There is no option for custom. What should I choose? Please help! Thanks Ads |

You shouldn't say what you're interested in to internet people if you can't say it to your family. Just a good rule of thumb.

If you want things kept private from anyone, DO NOT post it on the Internet! Why do you need the world to know that you are "Interested in men"? Those who know you, know what (and who) you like.
Facebook shouldn't be used as a dating site. It's to keep in contact with friends and family. Relationship and sexual preference statuses are unnecessary for the world to know. |
