How to not let people on Instagram see your photos?
I'm asking this because my friends posted a "fan page" of me on Instagram and I saw how they're using my name to speak for themselves. Before I could see what they were talking about. Now, the account is private and I can't seem to stalk the fake account. If I ever follow them, will they see my pictures right away even if my account is set to private mode? I couldn't find this condition in the FAQs.

Are they trash talking about you? You can report this to instagram staff. Email them the url and explain that it's a fake account and they're using your photos, maybe send them proof that you're the 'real' person.
If you follow anyone and you're in a private mode, no one can see your pictures, unless they follow you back and you approve their requests. So if you follow that fake account and it's also in a private mode, it's up to them if they'll approve your request too. Your followers are the only accounts who can see your pics and stuff. Ads |
