I go this mail:

Don't worry nothing is going to happen to your phone just because you clicked on a link.

If you Got A Blank Page Probably Nothing Will Happen If your Facebook Starts posting Things that you Didint Post than Change your Password

Try deleting cookies and cache and change your password on a desktop. As far as I know, I've never heard of anyone getting hacked on a phone so don't worry too much.
