Is this considered a form of bragging?
if a newlywed wife posts pictures saying things like "our view" or "off to ski" on their facebook page. pictures with their "doctor" husband.

Yeah, it probably is. Social media gets used for bragging a lot.
EDIT: Just to add, it depends on how often she is posting stuff like this. A pic here and there. Whatever. But if it's constant "look at our gorgeous view from our luxury hotel room" and "off to Europe again" and if she actually refers to him as her "Doctor Husband." Then, yeah, there's a bit of bragging going on. Anyone who thinks that people don't use Facebook to brag occasionally hasn't spent much time on the internet. LOL |
