If you would use http://pcpartpicker.com and select the parts you're interested in, you would see if there's anything that is incompatible.
Go give it a try... the other advantage is that it will tell you where you can get those parts the cheapest. jwele and newegg might not be the cheapest source ;-) Ads |

Yes, with no problems whatsoever. Only the very high end 3.0 card *might* have a problem with a 2.0 slot, but not that card, it'll work just fine.
Also, you can pick up a new GTX 650 Ti on ebay for $100 and up. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p...&_from=R40 |

Yes, the graphics card should work with the motherboard you linked to. The important thing to remember about PCI Express is that they are backwards compatible. So a PCIe 3.0 card would work in a PCIe 2.0 slot and so on.
I will mention that with a graphics card of that size, it will likely use 6 pin connectors for power and you will need a Power Supply that has those. Agent Ronnie V Badge 44515 Advanced Repair Agent Geek Squad Social Media Team 01/08/2014 |

Of course. A simple search here on YA would have told you that PCI Express video cards are forward and backwards compatible with all versions of PCI Express slots. They all work, though there may be some limiting speed factors for the highest end video cards (your card in that link is not in that class...)
