Can a bank advertise their products to public school students?
I have a cousin who is currently a freshman on a public High school here in California... Today was registration day and when he went in to register for the 2013–2014 school year school staff handed him his school schedule, school handouts and some flyers for Chase Bank. Is it Ok for public schools to hand out this kind of information to students? Is chase or any other private financial corp allowed to solicit at public schools?
