I use DHL & it always worked for me ( to Galle, sri lanka).. but if the sri lanka address is remote( not in a city), you would better use someone has partnership with Srilanka post since they have the widest coverage... thanks

Check out http://bestparcel.blogspot.in/ . The service mentioned there combines all your shipments from USA , and mark as gifts and ships to Srilanka.
No setup fees or monthly fees.
